Description

Violin, Piano — Performance artist and violinist extraordinaire, Igudesman has composed volumes of pieces about animals over the years. Continuing in this vein and with a desire to top all that had gone before, he has chosen ten creatures that actually exist, but that could easily be seen as pure fiction. Each of the resulting descriptive pieces includes performance suggestions to amuse and engage the audience, and Igudesman encourages experimentation. Humorous text and drawings for each of the creatures is supplied by harpist Magdalena Hoffmann.
