Return Policy

If you're unsatisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us. Most items we can accept back for store credit. However, we do not offer monetary refunds for print music due to its copyable nature.

Defective or Incorrectly Ordered Items

When merchandise arrives damaged, we will have the publisher ship a replacement directly to you. If we made an ordering mistake, you will receive either a full refund or credit — plus correction of the error and delivery of the correct item.

Returns for Changed Needs

Items no longer needed can be returned through direct contact via phone, email, or in-store visit. Our approach depends on circumstances:

Standard returns typically receive a full credit
Expensive, hard-to-find, or long-held items may incur a restocking fee

The restocking fee can vary depending on how much the item costs, how likely it may ever sell again, the amount of time before asking to return the product, and other factors.
