Description

Flute, Piano — Gergely Ittzés has skillfully arranged Bartók's most popular set of folk songs for flute and piano. Going back to the solo piano version, the orchestral version, and recordings in which Bartók participated, Ittzés has created this fine set of five pieces. The harmonics and multiphonics throughout are optional, but it is hoped that advanced flutists will "accept the challenge."
