Violin 1, Violin 2, Viola, Violoncello — The Borromeo String Quartet gave the premiere of 2nd String Quartet on January 14, 2009 in Tucson, AZ, commissioned by the Arizona Friends of Chamber Music. This is the second commission Maggio has received from the AZFCM; the first was for Songbook for Annamaria (String Quartet No.1) in 2001, for the Colorado Quartet.
