This is one of Jerry Nowak's very last works written and dedicated to his granddaughters. Each granddaughter is honored by the titles of the movements: I. Thalia-Muse of Comedy and Bucolic Poetry; II. Euterpe-Muse of Lyric Song; III. Terpsichore-Muse of Dance. It is not an overly complex work, easy to learn, and a beautiful dedication to his family. The first trumpet's highest note is G.
