March of the Lava Fields

Description

This is an easy first concert composition that is fun for all. The percussion is just challenging enough to keep them busy and interested. Toward the end of the work, the students get to pick and play any note they want. This sounds better than you think and is great fun for the students. Clarinets do not cross the break. 1st trumpet’s highest note is A.
