Series: Michael John Trotta This a cappella setting opens by asking the question, "What song can I bring in thanks for everything?" The answer comes from a rhythmic response setting from Shakespeare's Twelfth Night: "I can no other answer make but thanks, and thanks; and ever thanks." Mixed meter, contrasting sections, and suspensions make this an engaging piece for choirs and audiences alike.
