Flute — This work was commissioned by the National Flute Association for the Young Artist Competition at its 2012 national conference in Las Vegas. Based on a special twelve-tone scale, it is meant to showcase both musical imagination and technical skills, and acts as a lovely addition to the flute's concert repertoire. For advanced players.
