Rustic Dance

Description

Although "Rustic Dance" is part of the Rustic Suite, it is quite sustainable as a stand alone work. Based around an 11 note idea, "Rustic Dance" features opportunities for each member of the quintet to play both as a soloist and as part of a duet, trio, or sometimes quartet. Unexpected rhythmic and harmonic episodes will provide a fun but rewarding experience as your group explores the work. Composed by Carmen Gassi by woodwind quintet.
