Three Transcriptions for Low Brass Trio

Description

The unique sound created from a low brass trio (horn, trombone, tuba) would prove to be a great change of texture on a brass quintet concert or recital. The three pieces, Fantazies de Josquin (J. De Pres), Grates Nunc Omnes (H. Kugelmann) and Oublier Veul (A. Agricola), combine to make a nice suite or could be played individually. None is too long and the high tuba part could be performed on a euphonium.
