Renegade

Description

Renegade is an exciting piece written for young bands which features references to the music of Beethoven - one of the most famous composers in history and a true "renegade" of the music world. Throughout the piece, there are subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) references to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, Symphony #9, Symphony #5, Fur Elise and Symphony #7. It is hoped that this piece will excite young players and serve as an introduction to the music of a true renegade, and one of the greatest composers to ever live!
