Description

This is a lesser-known Christmas piece dating from around 1550---rhythmic and colorful with the melody in several voices. The opening is a call and response between the trombone and the remainder of the group. There are some sections with some multiple tonguing, but the piece is not too difficult for a group to put together and be enjoyed by audiences.
