Violin, Trumpet, Armonía, Vihuela, Guitar, Guitarrón — La Brisa del Viento (The Breeze of the Wind) is a beginner mariachi piece in 3/4 waltz style. This piece takes into account all instruments. The guitarrón only uses 5 notes, the trumpets use 4 notes, and the violins are basically playing a G major scale with low 2 on the 2nd and first strings. The armonía section has basic beginner chords. It is important to state that beginner mariachi trumpets always have to play in sharps so it is very typical for them to play low C# (kick / extension) and F# in order to play in concert G with the other instruments. You may play this piece slower or faster than the tempo provided. The violins should use their whole bow for the long dotted half notes.
