Let the Heavens Rejoice

Description

Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass, Organ, Handbells — This composition is based on Janet Pummill's favorite verses of joy, exultation, gratitude, and rejoicing, as well as words of comfort. By placing the tender and beautiful hymn, "His Eye is On the Sparrow," in the center of the composition with the joyous festival opening and closing, the hope is to achieve an anthem that reflects all of these emotions.
