I know I’m certainly prone to staying busy in an attempt to feel ‘productive.’ Our anxious striving can lead to exhaustion and burnout. Rhythms of Grace aims to encourage a counter-narrative to our rushed and busy lives. Take time to live at a lighter and unhurried pace. Enjoy things in the moment, allowing yourself to relax into what life has to offer instead of hurrying on to the next thing. Take a breath, notice the simplicity and beauty around you, and settle into the graceful rhythms of nature. Rhythms of Grace aims to encourage a counternarrative to our rushed and busy lives. This meditative work for band depicts the peace found in slowing down, enjoying moments, and taking time to live at a lighter and unhurried pace. Lyrical melodies and gentle harmonies inspire a calm mood in which notice the simplicity and beauty all around, settling into the graceful rhythms of nature.
