In Lone Coast, the music of George Lewis and poetry of Nathaniel Mackey portray the aftereffects of Hurricane Katrina: destroyed communities and dispossessed people. A sextet of singers playing bells or gongs and accompanied by an accordionist evoke lost lands in an unsettled world.
