Cantata Chorus from Zar und Zimmermann (Tsar and Carpenter), a comic opera in three acts by Albert Lortzing. The opera was first performed at the Stadttheater in Leipzig, on 22 December 1837 and tells the story of Peter the Great's semi-incognito journey through Europe at the end of the 17th century.
