Two Irish Tunes

Description

Folk music from all over the world is one of the greatest sources of music, and a satisfying alternative source for woodwind quartet, when so much of the literature is taken from the classics. People who immigrated years ago from Ireland brought their music with them, and now it is really American music with Irish roots!  These two Irish tunes, "The Minstrel Boy" and "The Galway Piper," will be familiar to performers and audiences, making this quartet a good choice for contest and concert.
