Bluebells Variations

Description

Based on a favorite folksong, 'The Bluebells of Scotland,' this accessible work is an excellent introduction to the theme and variation form. The melody is presented in March style (4/4) followed by a Waltz (3/4) and a Highland jig (6/8) setting. Tonally, it moves from G major to A major.
