Triaditude

Description

This aptly named solo is filled with major, minor and diminished triads in both block and broken forms. The lively 2/4 meter and crisply articulated block chords create an exciting A section. The contrasting B section uses broken chords and alternates 6/8 and 2/4 meters (with a few measures in 2/8). The entire effect is upbeat, and the solo serves as an excellent study in triads and moving around the keyboard.
